Shipping details

The following shipping costs to the respective countries are indicated:

Austria:

For delivery within Austria, we charge a flat rate of EUR 3.90 per order. From a shopping basket value of 75 EUR, the shipping costs are waived.

Germany:

For delivery to Germany, we charge a flat rate of 6.90 EUR per order. Shipping costs are waived for orders with a basket value of 100 EUR or more.

Other EU countries:

For deliveries to all other EU countries we charge a flat rate of 16.00 EUR per order.

Delivery

Shipping within Austria takes place in 1-3 working days after receipt of payment. Shipping to Germany usually takes place within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment. Within the EU you have to expect delivery times between 5-10 business days.

Unfortunately, delivery to a Packstation or a Paketshop is not possible at the moment.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for unwanted items after the return period has expired.

Return shipping costs are not covered and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns will be checked upon arrival at our warehouse. If an item is returned to us damaged, already worn or otherwise in an unacceptable condition, we will not issue you a refund. To receive a full refund, ensure that all items are returned in unworn/unused condition or in the same condition in which you received them, including the original packaging.

Refunds will not be given for shipping charges incurred when returning an entire order.

For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties and taxes as well as costs for money transfer by credit institutions (e.g. transfer or exchange rate fees) may apply. These possible additional charges are borne by the buyer. For further information or queries, please contact your local bank or customs office.
